Associate Professor
Muhammed Boybay

Dr. Boybay is an associate professor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Igdir University and a visiting researcher at State University of New York at Albany. He received his PhD degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of Waterloo and bachelors degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bilkent University. He has more than 15 years of research and more than 10 years of teaching experience. He is currently the principle investigator of Microwave Sensor and Energy Lab. His research interests include metamaterial/metasurface applications in sensing and communication technologies, microwave applications in microfluidics, material characterization, RF wireless power transfer and energy harvesting.
